The Finale
Day-of coordination is primarily execution and management of plans that have already been made. Responsibilities such as full vendor sourcing, contract negotiation, extensive design development, budget management, and planning the wedding from the beginning are typically considered partial or full-service planning, rather than day-of coordination.

The Overture
Month-of coordination typically begins 6–8 weeks before the wedding and includes everything from day of coordination needed to take the couple’s existing plans and bring them together for a smooth wedding day.

Full-service planning provides comprehensive support from the beginning of the planning process through the wedding day, including planning, vendor management, logistics, design guidance, and complete wedding-day coordination.
